Seal Coating

Asphalt sealcoating is an integral part of preventive maintenance. It protects asphalt pavement from surface damage due to harsh weather elements, wears, stains, cleaning and deicing chemicals, and more. Damage can cause cracks to appear on the surface, which over time accelerates into larger pavement issues like potholes if left unrepaired.

An asphalt surface generally requires seal coating every two to three years, depending on the amount of traffic and exposure it receives that can wear off the seal coat. Only after an expert evaluation can it be determined if and when a seal coating project should be undertaken. Winter or monsoon weather is not preferable for seal coating; hot and dry weather is required for the best results.

Let me start off by saying I am a
meticulous person. Lol. I hired garden State paving to do my driveway. I couldn't be happier. The guys were meticulous. They came on time they did the work, and cleaned up like nobody was here.
